Admission Inputs
• The department accepts graduates from the scientific branch of high school, according to the regulations and scores set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Iraq.

Learning Outcomes
The degree granted by the department is a Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Graduates can join the Iraqi Pharmacists Union.
• They are qualified to work as medical representatives for local and international pharmaceutical companies or medical warehouses.
• They can work in the public sector in various fields, including hospitals, health centers, pharmaceutical supervision, and drug inspection.
• Graduates are eligible to pursue postgraduate studies inside and outside Iraq to obtain a Master’s or Ph.D. degree. They can also study for the Iraqi Board of Clinical Pharmacy.
• After obtaining a license to practice, they can assume the responsibilities and privileges of running a pharmacy.
