Admission Requirements and Learning Outputs

Admission Requirements: Students are admitted to the undergraduate law program from high school graduates in both the scientific and literary tracks, based on the grade set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Additionally, graduates from the Institute for Training of Police Officers, whose certificates have been equivalated to the high school diploma for the literary track, are accepted for the evening program only.

Learning Outputs: The student completes four academic years and, upon successful completion, will be awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Law. This degree qualifies the graduate to pursue higher studies or engage in work in both the public and private sectors. Graduates are also eligible to join the Iraqi Bar Association after passing the examinations stipulated by the association’s law and taking the legal oath before the competent court.
