Overview of Computer Techniques Engineering Department

The Department of Computer Engineering Technology is one of the scientific departments in Al-Hikma Private University College. The department awards the undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s) in Computer Engineering Technology and its degree is recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The department was established by Ministerial Order No. J H / 2906 dated 10/22/2005 and attracts graduates of the scientific branch of preparatory studies. Since its establishment until now, the department has witnessed a qualitative development and steady growth in its work in terms of quantity and quality, as classrooms have been developed and equipped with modern requirements of display devices and laboratory models, and laboratories have been developed and many devices, tools and laboratory equipment have been added, which qualifies them to implement the approved study plan. Work is ongoing to develop the department’s capabilities in coordination with the college’s deanship. The department participates effectively and actively in the various events of the college and its scientific, cultural and sports activities.
